Quick, Easy and Healthy Breakfast to Start Your Day !



Super Oatmeal

1/2 Cup rolled oats

1 Cup rolled oats

1 Tablespoon Honey

1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ

1 Teaspoon Flax Seed

1/4 Cup Skim Milk
      


       Mix the oats and water and microwave on

 

       medium power for 5 minutes. Stir in the


  honey, wheat germ, and flax oil. Top with the 


 skim milk.
